My name is Mark Filer, and my wife and I were recently customers of Hendrick Collision Center (picked up our car today actually) due to our Honda Odyssey being rear ended by another driver. We both felt compelled to write and let you know how pleased we are with the job the shop did on our van as far as the repairs go, but more specifically to acknowledge the efforts and professionalism of Mr. Matt Paolini, the associate who worked with us on the repairs.
In each of the interactions my wife and/or I had with Matt, we appreciated his professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness, and careful attention to detail. He always took the time to explain the entire process to us and what we should expect, never made us feel rushed and fielded all of our questions, and diligently followed up with us to keep us in the lop about the progress being made.
It really made an impression on us (not something we often experience in the service industry), and we wanted to be sure to let you know about it. It was a great experience overall and the car looks fantastic; and we just wanted to express our gratitude to your team, and to Matt in particular.

He has met my every need in a recent collusion experience. He negotiated with the insurance company for my rental, made sure that my expectations were managed by keeping in touch with me on a timely basis, and over delivered on everything. I wish someone would call me so I could tell you more,

All I can say about this shop is wow! I was so impressed by the impeccable customer service from Tom. My Camaro was rear ended, I took it straight to Hendrick collision and they got it fixed right away. Also, Celia, the receptionist was very helpful and made sure I was always informed about what was going on with my vehicle. Great job!
My truck was backed into on the front corner panel. This thing is my baby, and as you can imagine, I was not happy to be driving it around with the damage to it. I took it here, and met with Tom and he was extremely professional, and very friendly. He even took me back to meet Noah, the guy that would be doing the work on my truck. When it came time to get it done, Noah was very proficient, and thorough, and made my quarter panel look brand new again! They were so reasonably priced, and efficient that I was in and out and on with my day before I knew it. I paid up at the front desk, and Joanna helped me with all my questions, and made it a smooth process. Can't imagine how many places that this sort of thing can be said about these days, but I truly do recommend them for any body work you may need done.
My wife's Honda Odyssey was hit in the side, and there was extensive damage. Brian Johnson, and everyone else I dealt with there was incredible. They fixed the van very quickly, and it looks fantastic! I will always use this shop, as it is the best there is! Everything from the estimate, to the work, to the rental car, to the follow up was done professionally, courteously, and with perfect precision and efficiency. It made my wife and I feel very comfortable during a tough time.
The body shop is amazing. My jeep got all the body repairs done in a timely manner and it looks awesome. Brian Johnson did a great job!
I brought in my s2000 (my baby) and Brian Johnson took care of my care as if it was his. When there was a small hiccup, he made it his business to fix it and made sure it was done right. Everything was so easy and took great care of me. I've been in the auto business my entire life and I couldn't do better. I will always bring my car and my friends to this place for a job better than perfect.
We took in our Mazda for repairs following a fender bender. I can't say enough nice things about the service manager Tom. WOW, like seriously world class customer service! He is always quick to return calls or will actually answer your call with your name...are you kidding me!? In this age of big companies mass produced everything, who does that? The car had to be returned for a couple of tweaks after the initial service and again Tom treated us like we were his only customer. From getting us into the rental to fielding calls, they have been great every step of the way. Talk about turning a bad situation into a truly great experience. Thanks guys!

They are awesome, I got 2 estimates the other from Curry Honda and Hendricks was way cheaper but they did a great job, very nice staff and they keep you informed.
